COVID-19 Testing FAQs
Testing Demand
Crucial Care is here for you during this time of uncertainty. Patients who have been previously tested for COVID-19 and are concerned their symptoms are getting worse are encouraged to contact us or seek medical attention at the facility of their choosing.
Due to the rising demand for testing services, we are experiencing high call volume, a high number of appointments, and longer-than-usual wait times. We are working hard to see every patient in a timely manner.
We ask that patients understand that patients are seen with regard to the severity of symptoms and the time of their appointment or arrival. This may, at times, mean a longer wait than expected.
Safety Protocols
We continue to implement stringent safety protocols, including call-ahead screening, PPE for staff, disposable masks available for patients, isolated treatment rooms, and additional sterilization.
